How you can get food

If you need an emergency food box from us, during the pandemic our food parcels are currently being delivered on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. If you are in need of food, we can help. This is what you need to do:

                  Contact Citizen’s Advice on their Adviceline (Monday - Friday 10am to                            4pm) 0800 144 8848 or via their Message Line (anytime) 01920 459 944

                  (you will need to leave a message and they will contact you) or                                        you can visit their website HERE for more information.


                  Alternatively, if you are currently working with an agency or service,                            speak with them as they may be able to refer you to us too.


                 If you are an agency wanting to refer an individual for food support:

                 Citizen’s Advice or another agency will chat with you about your                                     needs and then make a referral to the Food Bank requesting food for                           you.  We will then be in touch with you to let you know when your delivery                   will be coming – either a Tuesday or a Thursday afternoon.

If you are in an emergency situation and need food outside of these times, please contact Citizen’s Advice on the numbers above and they will be able to provide you with an emergency food parcel.
